Leaflets through the door inviting tenants to "participate" don't often work. This is where we come in. We have worked with an associate company to handle all Glen's communications with the press and tenants. And we have stimulated more response than Glen has ever had.

Glen had the best ever turnout at a tenant event after we tried a more innovative way of consulting tenants. They got good quality feedback on their services so they have made changes off the back of that. Tenants feel involved becuase they see their views have helped shape the service. It all has created a more thriving community spirit. And better relations between tenants can only be good.

Tenants now volunteer to get involved and they are now taking part in the newsletter as well as helping other tenants with gardening and trades in service swaps. For the first time Glen now feature stories in their newsletter written by tenants.

We help Glen to do what they do best. They provide housing and services for the local community. And we support them by making sure their communications like newsletters, flyers, annual report and events all help people get to know each other better and build on community spirit.
