The Melting Pot is a social enterprise so they run as a business with a social purpose. They have created a workspace where individuals and organisations come together from different sectors and share their skills and resources.

It is full of third sector organisations as well as freelancers and small organisations. The difference between the space and other office spaces in the city centre is that it is a friendly place with events, a membership offering and a chance to be a part of a growing community.

Most members are self employed, working for charities or providing services to the more than profit sector. As the Melting Pot grows this is developing and more people from different kinds of organisations are coming through the door.
