The Social Enterprise Academy

The Socal Enterprise Academy helps organisations find untapped talent and reach their potential using action learning and coaching.

The Social Enterprise Academy develops leaders by delivering innovative courses to the public, private and social economy sectors.  Modules are tailored to create an in-house learning programme to suit each organisation.

Their programmes are designed to help organisations put together a programme of skills development to support change and growth as well as personal achievements of staff.

Most of the Social Enterprise Academy's programmes are accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management whose awards are aligned with the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF).

The ILM is a professional body dedicated to raising leadership and management capability. A world wide network of over 2,000 accredited centres provide flexible and practical management development programmes which are all quality-assured to ILM standards.

We worked with the Academy to get press coverage for the first Scottish Schools Awards for budding social entrepreneurs supported by the Scottish Government. And after a training session with us, staff at the Academy are more confident in handling media enquiries.
