Bright newsletter is a model publication

We took a formal internal newsletter and turned it into a stimulating and popular publication.

The newsletter was branded as a management speak rag by staff. We canned the management speak and introduced more people stories, in depth features, forums for comment and stories written by staff. It is all down to showing staff the publication was for them. We went out and about to meet the staff and introduced a different way of doing things.
 
Now, face to face interviews are the norm. That has improved relationships with the staff. And it produces more readable copy. We asked readers they wanted and made it happen. For the first time the publication is a valued platform for staff and a model praised by the communications team.  You can read it on the Copywriting page in What We Do.
