How did we come up with a creative solution to this communications challenge? We held workshops with a difference. The consultation process can be a challenge. So we tried a more informal and fun approach to interest groups who had not traditionally responded during the constultation process, including young people. More tenants turned up to the event than ever before.
 
They took part in workshops and put forward ideas the association has got off the ground. So clients got alot out of it. And the event had concrete results that have helped inform how services are delivered. Ah, sweet success.
